Hoquetus is run by Robert, a musician/ bartender/sommelier/winemaker, and Bri, a design UX engineer/winery employee. Baby Uly has been in charge for 6.5 years now, and Ms. Daisy Pumpkins, the stay-at-home-winery corgi, provides quality control and occasional dissent.
